After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicator suspended Mr Doody's driver's licence from conclusion of racing tonight upto and including 31st March 2026 (2 days).

Stewards upon viewing all available films established that driver A Poutama (BLUE CHIP LOU) commenced his outward movement prior to YOU LITTLE BEAUTY (D Butcher) reaching his sulky wheel and therefore no further action was deemed necessary. MIDNIGHT MIKI - Stewards investigated a possible breach of the Push Out Rule near the 1500m when MIDNIGHT MIKI shifted outwards into the running line simultaneously to SCRUNCH attempting to shift inwards from a three wide position. After viewing the films Stewards were satisfied there was a vacant position available for MIDNIGHT MIKI to shift outwards and no further action was required.

Shifted out further rounding the final turn despite the efforts of Driver P Ferguson carrying GOTTA ELECT BILL wider on the track. A final warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners. Authorisation of LORD DELMAR's 3rd placing was withheld until Driver S Abernethy (GOTTA ELECT BILL - 4th placing) had viewed the replays and elected not to proceed with a protest, with placings then being duly authorised.
